Shipping Options
We offer Free Shipping on orders with a total value of €100 or more.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 days.
Delivery Time
Delivery usually takes between 7 to 10 days through our shipping option. We provide a tracking system so you can monitor the progress of your order.
Express Shipping (3–5 Business Days)
For customers who require faster delivery, we also offer Express Shipping with an estimated delivery time of 3 to 5 business days, with a tracking system available to monitor your order. An additional shipping fee will be applied at checkout, and the cost may vary depending on the destination country.

Orders with a value of €99 or less are subject to an additional shipping fee. Shipping is free only for purchases of €100 or more.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive tracking details via email, allowing you to follow your purchase until delivery.

Order Cancellation
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled if it has already been processed. If you contact us and we confirm that the order has been processed, cancellation will not be possible.
